User Data Deletion

Overview
PropertyPilot AI respects your right to request deletion of personal data we process. This page explains how property leads, builder users, and individuals who interacted with our WhatsApp or voice features can request data removal.
Who can request deletion
- Property leads — individuals who inquired about a real estate project via WhatsApp, phone, web form, or ads.
- Builder account users — staff with login access to the PropertyPilot AI dashboard.
- Facebook / Meta users — individuals whose data was received through Meta lead ads or WhatsApp connected to our app.
What we delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:
- Name, phone number, email, and city
- Lead qualification answers and CRM notes tied to your identity
- WhatsApp message history and conversation transcripts
- AI voice call records, summaries, and recordings
- Site visit and timeline events associated with your lead profile
- Dashboard account profile (for registered users)
We may retain minimal records where required by law, fraud prevention, billing disputes, or active builder contractual obligations. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained.
How to submit a deletion request
Email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Phone number and/or email used with the Service
- The real estate project or builder you contacted (if known)
- A brief description of how you interacted (WhatsApp, call, web form, etc.)

Processing timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or technical constraints (e.g., encrypted backups). You will receive confirmation when deletion is complete.
WhatsApp opt-out
If you only wish to stop future WhatsApp messages, reply STOP to the business WhatsApp number or contact the builder directly. To delete historical message data from our systems, submit a formal deletion request using the steps above.
Meta / Facebook data
If your data was collected through a Meta-connected app or WhatsApp Business account, you may also use Meta's own data deletion tools in your Facebook settings. We will process deletion requests received at the email above in coordination with our builder customers and Meta policies.
