• Hosting providers — application hosting (e.g., Vercel, Render) and database storage (e.g., Neon PostgreSQL).

These providers process data only as needed to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection requirements.

• With the real estate builder who owns the lead relationship.
• With service providers listed above, under confidentiality obligations.
