Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropertyPilot AI ("Service"), including our website, dashboard, WhatsApp automation, and AI voice features. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
PropertyPilot AI helps real estate builders engage, qualify, and convert property leads through automated WhatsApp messaging, AI voice calls, lead scoring, and site-visit scheduling. The Service is provided on a business-to-business basis to builders and their authorized staff.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization. You represent that you have authority to bind your company to these Terms when registering builder accounts or connecting lead channels.
4. Account responsibilities
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
- Ensure lead data uploaded or synced complies with applicable consent and marketing laws.
- Configure Meta WhatsApp, Exotel, and other integrations according to provider policies.
- Use the Service only for lawful real-estate sales and marketing purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send unsolicited spam or messages without valid consent or template approval.
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent lead information.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, discriminate, or violate third-party rights.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with Meta (WhatsApp), Exotel, Google, and other providers. Your use of those platforms is subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
7. Intellectual property
PropertyPilot AI, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your lead and business data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. Fees and trials
Pricing, trial periods, and payment terms are agreed separately with each builder customer. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable after service delivery for the billing period.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE LEAD CONVERSION, MESSAGE DELIVERY, CALL COMPLETION, OR SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY REQUIRE HUMAN REVIEW.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyPilot AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion instructions.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms posted on this page.
